M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
My journey in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began through my work as a social worker, supporting young adults in the Asian community. After moving to Seattle in 2017, I became a Behavior Technician and pursued certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with children and adolescents aged 2 to 17 across home, clinic, school, and hospital settings.
While my background includes supporting clients with a wide range of needs — including early intervention and more intensive behavior challenges — my focus remains on delivering individualized, compassionate care that meets each child where they are. In 2024, I transitioned from Seattle Children’s Hospital to fully dedicate myself to serving the community, with a strong commitment to making ABA services more accessible, supportive, and impactful for every family I work with.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, and gardening alongside my two cats.

I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019 and hold a Master of Arts degree with a specialization in ABA. My approach is centered on celebrating neurodiversity, honoring each client’s individuality, and creating a supportive, positive environment where meaningful growth can happen.
I believe that long-term progress is rooted in genuine connection. Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
Since moving to the Seattle area in 2020, I have been proud to serve and support this vibrant community and look forward to continuing. Outside of work, you can find me exploring local dog parks with my Husky, snowboarding, hiking, or enjoying a good book.
